Entrepreneurial by nature, he became the exclusive sales agent for 1500 Ocean Drive and Il Villaggio, and founded his own record-breaking brokerage amid the condos of South Beach. From there he became Senior Vice President of One Sotheby’s Ocean Drive for 6 years and then recruited by Douglas Elliman before moving to The Corcoran Group. 

Eloy’s knowledge of the luxury market is second to none.  Ranked among the WSJ Top 100 for four consecutive years, his sales regularly exceed over $120m per year. A rare mix of passion and pioneering spirit, Eloy’s unique skills have made him an invaluable asset to buyers and sellers alike.
