Entrepreneurial by nature, he became the exclusive sales agent for 1500 Ocean Drive and Il Villaggio, and founded his own record-breaking brokerage amid the condos of South Beach. From there he became Senior Vice President of One Sotheby’s Ocean Drive for 6 years before being recruited by Douglas Elliman.
Serving as Executive Director, Eloy’s knowledge of the luxury market is second to none. Ranked among the WSJ Top 100 for four consecutive years, his sales regularly exceed over $120m per year.
